What’s included in your entry fee.
- Vehicle support for duration of trip including all airport transfers.
- Hotel accommodation on arrival and prior to departure.
- Participation in the Indo Ultra.
- Bottled water (12ltrs per person per day) throughout the race.
- Traditional Indonesian food after the event.
- After race party and presentation of medals & trophies as appropriate.
- Race medal for finishers and Indo Ultra T-shirt.
- Medical and safety support.
- Emergency medical insurance and helicopter evacuation/repatriation.
Indo Ultra welcome athletes and individuals of all abilities and backgrounds to take part in Indo Ultra. All we ask is that you are adventurous and determined. If you are concerned about a particular disability please contact us and we’ll help you all we can with your preparations.
Total entry fee for Indo Ultra is £1500. £350 of this should be paid as a deposit in the first instance.
The remainder must be paid by in accordance with the briefing pack sent to all potential competitors.

Receipt of your completed application and deposit will secure your place on the Indo Ultra. You can expect notification within 14 days.
In order to preserve the value of our visit to Indonesia, we place a strict limit on the number of participants.
